Friday, Nov. 28 Chan and I hiked from Sundance to Stewart Falls. It was a fun hike and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to return the next day with any grandkids who were interested in an adventure. We had two takers, Tasha and Addi. It was even more fun with them- although we did a shortened hike.

We had a close-up look at 4 dams built by some energetic beavers, threw chunks of ice in the river, ventured off the trail into some aggressive shrubs and learned (thanks to Grandpa Chan) how to tell the difference between elk and deer poop. We ended back at Sundance where we purchased giant cookies! A good time was had by all!
